Configured for your application.
SYNCHRO 500 uses electric drives for axle synchronisation. The concept includes inertia and load operation as well as energy recovery. Configuration, energy system and vehicle compatibility are defined for the project.
Hybrid and electric vehicles require consideration of drivetrain controls, axle synchronisation and safe test procedures. This does not establish universal compatibility with every vehicle.
Axle synchronisation within the test concept
SYNCHRO 500 uses a distinct approach within the DYNOmax programme: electric drives support axle synchronisation. The catalogue specifies two synchronisation drives rated at 100 kW each, together with 500 mm rollers. Inertia and load operation are described; the specific test mode must be compatible with the vehicle’s control systems.
The data table states a measurement range of 5–1,200 kW. This is not directly interchangeable with the dynamic hp peak ratings of the other models. The maximum speed of 320 km/h and the stated wheelbase range of 2,000–3,500 mm are also relevant to selection.
Coordinate the energy system and site infrastructure
The concept includes energy recovery and liquid cooling. Their implementation belongs in the technical planning for the individual project. The specified dimensions are 4,500 × 3,600 × 600 mm and the approximate weight is 3,500 kg. Building access, installation, electrical supply and cooling should be considered together. AVM collects your vehicle and site requirements for the next planning step.
