2. Providing this website
Technically necessary connection data are processed when you visit. These may include your IP address, time of access, requested address, transferred data volume, browser, operating system and error logs. Processing supports secure operation and troubleshooting on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical service providers process data where necessary as processors.
3. Contact and project enquiries
When you contact us using the form, email or telephone, we use the information to handle your enquiry. The form requires your name, email address and message. Company, telephone, model preference, customer type and delivery country are optional. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to other messages.
Enquiries are stored in the protected administration area of this website and forwarded to our business email address. You are not automatically subscribed to advertising. Hidden form fields and temporary checks derived from an IP address help prevent abuse; these checks are not used to build visitor profiles.
4. Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and, where applicable, perform a contract. Statutory retention duties remain applicable. Data no longer required are deleted. Backups are overwritten periodically; data may remain in access-protected backups until then.
5. Cookies and external content
Fonts and product images are provided locally. Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time through “Change privacy settings” in the footer. Necessary cookies may be used in the logged-in administration area. The public enquiry form uses technical safeguards against abuse.
6. Optional Google Analytics statistics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you consent. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand website use and successfully submitted project enquiries. Data may include page views, technical device information, interactions and approximate location derived from an IP address. Our own event collection does not send form content, names or email addresses to Google.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for access to your device, section 25(1) of the German TDDDG. Analytics cookies may be stored for up to 180 days. Our integration does not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Logged-in users are excluded from our statistics integration.
Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States. Depending on the applicable conditions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary contractual safeguards may be relevant to transfers. See Google’s privacy information. You can withdraw consent for the future using the privacy settings in the footer. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Links to other services
External websites and WhatsApp are accessed through links only; their content is not automatically embedded. A connection to the provider is made only when you open a link. The provider’s privacy information applies to its processing. Telephone and email remain alternative ways to contact us.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. See ldi.nrw.de.
9. Protecting your data
Data are transmitted using HTTPS encryption. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised persons. Please do not send sensitive documents or login credentials through the form.
