The manufacturer’s catalogue lists DynomiZer Wireless software and Omron sensors. WiFi modules for lambda, OBD and weather data are listed as options.
The catalogue describes above-ground and pit installation. The appropriate arrangement depends on the building, vehicles and intended operation.
A dedicated test station for motorcycles
MOTODYNO is the motorcycle platform in the DYNOmax range. The 400 mm roller and electromagnetic retarder support both inertia and braked testing. It is an option for projects that need to examine behaviour under defined load as well as peak power. The appropriate test procedure depends on the motorcycle, drivetrain and purpose of the measurement.
The catalogue distinguishes between 900 hp dynamic power, 200 hp inertia power and 300 hp static power. The dynamic peak rating does not describe a continuously available load capacity. Use the rating that corresponds to your intended test mode.
Plan for the motorcycle and the room
The stated platform footprint is 1,360 × 2,140 mm. Allow additional space for access, operation, secure vehicle restraint, cooling air and exhaust extraction. Tell AVM which motorcycle types and power ranges you intend to test so that the proposed installation can be discussed in the context of your daily work.
