The first platform in the 4WD range

The DYNOmax 4000 opens the conventional 4WD range. The manufacturer specifies one electromagnetic retarder, 280 mm rollers and a platform footprint of 4,105 × 3,645 mm. For all-wheel-drive vehicles, the number of driven axles is only part of the selection: the requirements of the particular drivetrain and test mode must also be considered.

The maximum catalogue ratings are 1,500 hp dynamic, 1,000 hp inertia and 1,000 hp static. When comparing the 4000 with the 4000 PRO, focus on the load testing you intend to carry out. Both models have a stated maximum speed of 300 km/h.

Build the configuration around your vehicles

Provide examples of the vehicles you expect to test regularly and the measurements you need. This makes it possible to compare the relevant operating limits. In addition to the platform footprint, allow for cooling, exhaust extraction, vehicle restraint and operator access. Compatibility with individual vehicles is assessed for the specific project.
