The manufacturer’s catalogue lists DynomiZer Wireless software and Omron sensors. WiFi modules for lambda, OBD and weather data are listed as options.
The catalogue describes above-ground and pit installation. The appropriate arrangement depends on the building, vehicles and intended operation.
The 5000 platform in your test programme
The DYNOmax 5000 combines 350 mm rollers with a stated maximum speed of 350 km/h. It is an option to compare for 4WD projects in which the required speed range plays a central role. A higher permitted roller speed does not mean every vehicle can be tested under those conditions.
The manufacturer specifies one electromagnetic retarder and ratings of 2,000 hp dynamic, 1,500 hp inertia and 1,200 hp static power. The static rating must be considered separately for sustained load phases. Comparing the 5000 with the 5000 PRO helps put the required load capacity into context.
Allow for the complete working area
The specified dimensions are 4,225 × 3,655 mm. This is the platform footprint; vehicle overhang, restraint, cooling equipment and operator access require additional room. Tell AVM which vehicle classes, speeds and test methods you expect to use regularly so that equipment and site requirements can be discussed together.
